Article Processing Charges

The International Journal of Convergent Research (IJCR) is committed to advancing the accessibility of knowledge by publishing all articles under a full open-access model. This ensures that high-quality research is freely available to readers worldwide, supporting innovation and scholarly communication.

To maintain the editorial and publication process, IJCR charges a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) of INR 3000 per accepted manuscript. The APC covers the following services:

  • Rigorous peer review to uphold research quality and integrity.

  • Professional copyediting and typesetting for readability and presentation.

  • Digital archiving for long-term preservation and accessibility.

  • Journal management and infrastructure maintenance.


Invoice and Payment Process

  • Invoices are issued after the manuscript is accepted for publication and will be emailed to the designated contact person provided by the authors.

  • Payments are accepted in INR (Indian Rupees) only.

  • Only invoices issued by the IJCR editorial office are valid. The journal does not authorize any third party to collect APCs.

Waiver and Discount Policy

The International Journal of Convergent Research (IJCR) is committed to equitable access to publishing opportunities. We recognize that some authors may not have access to institutional or grant funding to cover publication costs.

  • Authors from low-income countries (as classified by the World Bank) may request a full waiver of the APC.

  • Authors from lower-middle-income countries or authors without funding support may request a partial discount on the APC.

  • Waiver or discount requests must be made at the time of submission by contacting the editorial office.

  • Requests made after acceptance will not be considered.

  • Waiver decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and will have no effect on the editorial and peer review process.


Additional Services

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts in well-structured and grammatically correct English. If required, authors may utilize IJCR’s language editing services prior to submission or during revisions.


Funding Support

Many universities, research funding organizations, and private institutions provide financial support for open access publication fees. Authors affiliated with such organizations are encouraged to check with their respective funding bodies.
